Dit privacybeleid beschrijft hoe de iOS-app FunTaxi (hierna "de App") omgaat met uw persoonsgegevens. De App is ontwikkeld door Johan Vervloet, gevestigd te Mortsel, België.
FunTaxi is een humoristische taximeter-app voor gezinsgebruik. De App berekent fictieve taxiritten op basis van echte Antwerpse tarieven. Er is geen account nodig om de App te gebruiken.

De App verzamelt de volgende categorieën gegevens, uitsluitend voor de werking van de App:

De verwerking van uw gegevens is gebaseerd op gerechtvaardigd belang (artikel 6, lid 1, sub f van de AVG/GDPR). Het gerechtvaardigd belang is het leveren van de kernfunctionaliteit van de App: het berekenen van taxiritten op basis van uw locatie en het bijhouden van ritgeschiedenis.
Locatiegegevens worden uitsluitend verwerkt na uw expliciete toestemming via het iOS-toestemmingsdialoog. U kunt deze toestemming te allen tijde intrekken via de iOS-instellingen.
Alle gegevens worden primair opgeslagen op uw apparaat, in een versleutelde database beheerd door het iOS-besturingssysteem (SwiftData). De iOS Data Protection zorgt ervoor dat gegevens versleuteld zijn wanneer het apparaat vergrendeld is.
Indien u iCloud hebt ingeschakeld, worden uw gegevens gesynchroniseerd via Apple CloudKit. Apple versleutelt deze gegevens zowel tijdens transport (in transit) als in opslag (at rest). De ontwikkelaar heeft geen toegang tot uw iCloud-gegevens. Het privacybeleid van Apple is van toepassing op de iCloud-opslag: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Eventuele API-sleutels worden uitsluitend opgeslagen in de iOS Keychain, het beveiligde sleutelopslagmechanisme van Apple.
Uw gegevens worden niet gedeeld met derden.
De App maakt gebruik van de volgende Apple-diensten, waarvoor het privacybeleid van Apple van toepassing is:
Deze diensten zijn onderdeel van het Apple-ecosysteem. De ontwikkelaar ontvangt geen persoonsgegevens via deze diensten.
De App vraagt toegang tot uw locatie op twee manieren:
U kunt de locatietoegang te allen tijde beheren via iOS Instellingen > Privacy en beveiliging > Locatievoorzieningen > FunTaxi.
De App volgt u niet (NSPrivacyTracking = false). Er zijn geen trackingdomeinen
geconfigureerd. De App bevat geen advertenties en maakt geen gebruik van advertentie-ID's.
Als inwoner van de Europese Economische Ruimte heeft u de volgende rechten:
U kunt al uw gegevens bekijken in de App zelf. Alle opgeslagen passagiers, ritten, adressen en beoordelingen zijn rechtstreeks zichtbaar in de App.
De App biedt een data-exportfunctie waarmee u al uw gegevens kunt exporteren in JSON-formaat. Dit vindt u in Instellingen > Gegevens exporteren.
U kunt al uw gegevens verwijderen via Instellingen > Alle gegevens wissen in de App. Dit verwijdert alle lokale gegevens. Wilt u ook de iCloud-kopie verwijderen, dan kunt u dit doen via de iCloud-instellingen van uw apparaat.
U kunt alle gegevens (passagiersnamen, adressen) rechtstreeks in de App aanpassen.
U kunt de locatietoegang intrekken via de iOS-instellingen. De App functioneert dan met beperkte mogelijkheden (geen GPS-taximeter).
U heeft het recht om een klacht in te dienen bij de Belgische Gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit (GBA):

Gegevens worden bewaard zolang u de App gebruikt. Er is geen automatische verwijdering. U bent zelf verantwoordelijk voor het verwijderen van gegevens die u niet langer wenst te bewaren. Bij het verwijderen van de App worden alle lokale gegevens automatisch verwijderd door iOS.
FunTaxi is een gezinsapp die bedoeld is om samen met kinderen te gebruiken. De App verzamelt geen gegevens rechtstreeks van kinderen zonder medeweten van de ouder/voogd die de App bedient. Er is geen account of registratie vereist.
Dit privacybeleid kan worden gewijzigd. Bij significante wijzigingen wordt de ingangsdatum bovenaan dit document bijgewerkt. Wij raden u aan dit beleid regelmatig te raadplegen.

This privacy policy describes how the iOS app FunTaxi (hereinafter "the App") handles your personal data. The App is developed by Johan Vervloet, based in Mortsel, Belgium.
FunTaxi is a humorous taximeter app for family use. The App calculates fictional taxi rides based on real Antwerp taxi rates. No account is required to use the App.

The App collects the following categories of data, solely for app functionality:

The processing of your data is based on legitimate interest (Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR). The legitimate interest is providing the core functionality of the App: calculating taxi rides based on your location and maintaining trip history.
Location data is only processed after your explicit consent through the iOS permission dialog. You can withdraw this consent at any time through iOS Settings.
All data is primarily stored on your device in an encrypted database managed by the iOS operating system (SwiftData). iOS Data Protection ensures that data is encrypted when the device is locked.
If you have iCloud enabled, your data is synchronized via Apple CloudKit. Apple encrypts this data both in transit and at rest. The developer has no access to your iCloud data. Apple's privacy policy applies to iCloud storage: apple.com/legal/privacy.
Any API keys are stored exclusively in the iOS Keychain, Apple's secure key storage mechanism.
Your data is not shared with third parties.
The App uses the following Apple services, for which Apple's privacy policy applies:
These services are part of the Apple ecosystem. The developer does not receive any personal data through these services.
The App requests access to your location in two ways:
You can manage location access at any time via iOS Settings > Privacy & Security > Location Services > FunTaxi.
The App does not track you (NSPrivacyTracking = false). No tracking domains
are configured. The App contains no advertisements and does not use advertising identifiers.
As a resident of the European Economic Area, you have the following rights:
You can view all your data directly in the App. All stored passengers, trips, addresses, and ratings are visible in the App.
The App provides a data export function that allows you to export all your data in JSON format. You can find this in Settings > Export Data.
You can delete all your data via Settings > Delete All Data in the App. This removes all local data. To also remove the iCloud copy, you can do so through the iCloud settings on your device.
You can modify all data (passenger names, addresses) directly in the App.
You can revoke location access through iOS Settings. The App will then function with limited capabilities (no GPS taximeter).
You have the right to lodge a complaint with the Belgian Data Protection Authority (DPA):

Data is retained as long as you use the App. There is no automatic deletion. You are responsible for deleting data you no longer wish to keep. When you uninstall the App, all local data is automatically removed by iOS.
FunTaxi is a family app intended to be used together with children. The App does not collect data directly from children without the knowledge of the parent/guardian operating the App. No account or registration is required.
This privacy policy may be updated. In case of significant changes, the effective date at the top of this document will be updated. We recommend reviewing this policy regularly.
